United States Steel Corporation (NYSE:X) surged dramatically higher today, jumping into a key double top from the beginning of January. This level was $61.25. After piercing this double top, the stock pulled back dramatically, almost coming back to the flat line. This is a classic play and can be utilized in almost all charts.
