Dear Michael,

It’s been close to 4 months and counting and so far, Neph has had a roller coaster ride since the article came online. My questions are as follows:

1) As of to date, do you still believe Nephros is a good investment?

2) Any clue as to why FDA is taking so long to announce the outcome of approval / disapproval for Neph?

3) The recent annual meeting for stockholders with regards on shares issuance etc, what’s your take on that.

4) Last but not least, isn’t it a bit ackward that as to date, there seems to be no news with regards to the stockholders’ meeting. It’s like a blackout of some sort. Good? Bad? Something’s in the works?
