Mesa Air Group, Inc.
MESA is a strong BUY @ $0.178
It’s very easy to see how (Public, NASDAQ:MESA) is highly undervalued at its current PPS. At the moment all worldwide airline companies have dropped significantly in price due to the progressive fear of Swine Flu. Regular customers cancelling tickets, missed vacations and family gatherings — It is almost like we have entered an endless abyss of germaphobia, even fifty deaths worldwide from a small virus will cause a massive panic nowadays. Compare that to the millions we lose in wars and other conflicts, quite ironic isn’t it? Anyways now back on topic with our gem. As we all know, history has showed us that unforeseen naturally caused viruses and illnesses while do indeed induce panic, eventually it will be eradicated and all will return back to normalcy. So why not buy low, sell high and all the while profit some big bucks in your pockets?
Take a look at MESA vs. XJT (ExpressJet)
Even from very basic information, we can see that relative to its competitors, it should be well above its current PPS. Take a look, it has 1536% more Net Income than that of XJT.
So how is it that MESA’s pps is $0.178, while XJT’s is $1.23? Well, after some DD I found out that MESA has 2M+ shares short compared to that of XJT with only 72,200 shares short. Moreover, given that there are also only 1.1 days on average for those MESA shorties to cover, this will look prime to attain explosive gains within the next few weeks.
