Hi, Why is it a sell afterhour when your prior calculation is $2.14/ share? Please explain your comment. Thanks

They have alot of debt financing to pay off, and also the stock was showing weakness and a down-trend after hitting 0.75 in the after hours. Tomorrow, if it regains momentum I will jump back on. Don’t forget the deal won’t be happening for up to 60 days.
